Kenya 🇰🇪

Beauty, wellness, fitness, and tech accessories dominate — especially items tied to an aspirational lifestyle. Nairobi buyers will pay more for branded-feeling packaging. Price anchor: KSh 1,500–4,500.

Bolivia 🇧🇴

Home & kitchen gadgets, beauty, and fitness products have the highest confirmation rates. Spanish-language TikTok creatives with strong before/after transformation angles convert extremely well. Price anchor: Bs. 150–450.

How we test new products in 72 hours

  1. Day 1: Stock 20 units in our in-country warehouse, shoot 3 creative angles.
  2. Day 2: $50–80 ad test on TikTok/Facebook per creative. Measure CPM, CTR, CPC.
  3. Day 3: If CPA is under 40% of retail price AND confirmation rate holds above 60%, we scale. Otherwise, kill.
