1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CODZOSS ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform. These terms apply to all sellers, agents, and partners who access or use CODZOSS.
2. Description of Services
CODZOSS provides Cash-on-Delivery (COD) fulfillment services for e-commerce businesses, including but not limited to:
- Order confirmation and customer verification calls
- Last-mile delivery coordination in covered territories
- Cash collection from end customers on behalf of sellers
- Returns handling and management
- Dashboard and reporting tools for sellers
Services are currently available in Tanzania, Kenya, and Bolivia, with ongoing expansion to additional markets.
3. Seller Responsibilities
As a seller using CODZOSS, you agree to:
- Provide accurate product and order information
- Ensure your products comply with local laws in the delivery country
- Maintain up-to-date contact and payment information
- Not use the platform for prohibited, illegal, or fraudulent activities
- Notify CODZOSS promptly of any disputes, errors, or cancellation requests
4. Fees and Payments
Service fees are defined in your seller agreement or as displayed in the CODZOSS dashboard. CODZOSS reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable advance notice. Cash collected on your behalf will be remitted to you according to the agreed payout schedule, minus applicable service fees.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use CODZOSS to sell or distribute:
- Counterfeit, pirated, or illegal goods
- Hazardous, controlled, or restricted substances
- Products that violate intellectual property rights
- Any products prohibited by the laws of the target delivery country
Violation of this section will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials on the CODZOSS platform are the intellectual property of CODZOSS. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
CODZOSS is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, third-party logistics failures, or customer refusal. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 7 days' written notice. CODZOSS may suspend or terminate accounts immediately in cases of fraud, policy violations, or unpaid balances. Upon termination, any outstanding cash collections will be remitted after deducting applicable fees.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the relevant CODZOSS entity operates. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
